Talent Acceleration Lead
Owns company-wide talent acceleration by improving onboarding, diagnosing skill gaps, and designing measurable learning programs. The senior individual contributor should bring at least five years of experience improving people’s performance, a commercial mindset, and the ability to apply AI to development programs.

Responsibilities
- Get new hires to meaningful impact faster by owning and expanding onboarding programs.
- Diagnose and close skill gaps by identifying what individuals or teams are missing and orchestrating the right fix.
- Own the development experience end to end: design, run, and iterate on learning programs.
- Build AI into talent development by personalizing learning, automating program operations, and raising quality standards.
- Learn the business deeply, building fluency in products, people, and systems so learning solutions are grounded in how AngelList operates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of owning outcomes for other people’s performance, such as as a business partner, head of people at a small company, chief of staff, enablement lead, management consultant, founder, or through substantial experience in learning and development.
- Ability to distinguish between workshops that people enjoy and programs that change how they work.
- Commercial mindset focused on solving business problems rather than accepting requests at face value.
- Experience making a strong performer dramatically better and describing the results.
- Demonstrated ability to independently learn difficult concepts and ship work using AI.
- Strong opinions about em dashes.
