Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A
Owns administration, configuration, integrations, and automation for finance enterprise applications, particularly Zip and NetSuite. The role requires deep source-to-pay and accounting-process expertise, systems implementation experience, and familiarity with AI agents, middleware, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and finance stakeholders to implement roadmaps for Zip, Navan, NetSuite, and other financial applications.
- Analyze business processes, perform fit/gap analysis, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Administer, maintain, and support Zip and boundary systems.
- Create functional and technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and business architecture diagrams.
- Design and build customizations, workflows, integrations, and analytics/reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with citizen developers and engineers to develop AI automations and agentic flows.
- Develop and execute test plans and lead integration and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in Agile, observability, technical debt, automated testing, incident, and defect management activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and prioritize fixes based on severity and impact.
- Support process transformation for month-end close and reporting.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demonstrations, and user training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of systems administration experience with source-to-pay systems such as Zip, Coupa, NetSuite, and other finance applications.
- 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience across Zip modules, including vendor management, sourcing intake, procurement, payables, payments, taxes, customizations, workflows, AI agents, and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience implementing large-scale sourcing/procurement systems and middleware integrations.
- 1+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying Slackbots or workflow-based agents using n8n and Workato Genie.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, web services, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, event-driven architectures, and MCP-based connectivity.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, payables, vendor management, expenses, and general accounting processes.
- Deep understanding of month-end accounting processes and financial reporting features in Zip and NetSuite.
- Experience with Agile methodology, Jira sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting.
- Knowledge of production support, incident management, and defect management.
- Clear communication, collaboration, autonomy, and willingness to learn new systems.

- Familiarity with fintech, regulated environments, or high-growth technology companies.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $148,835–$175,100 USD.
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
