About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive highly visible, cross-functional projects with GTM, Marketing, Product and Engineering, Finance, and Operations leaders to:
    • Craft new business models.
    • Assess revenue and monetization opportunities.
    • Optimize pricing and packaging for existing products and solutions.
  • Lead external research initiatives to gather voice-of-customer and market insights that inform pricing strategy and support revenue, product adoption, and margin goals.
  • Leverage internal data and collaborate with GTM and operational teams to execute pricing strategy smoothly.
  • Lead internal and external rollout of pricing changes, including:
    • Creating pricing assets.
    • Enabling operational and GTM teams.
    • Configuring and updating CPQ and quoting tools.
  • Contribute to win/loss and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing, delivering, and implementing pricing strategies in the enterprise software or SaaS industry.
  • Experience with data modeling, analysis, statistics, and causal inference.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into models that produce actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of value-based pricing methodologies.
  • Project management experience.
  • Background in customer research and interview techniques.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Gemini or Claude for productivity and analysis.
  • Master's degree in Economics or a related field covering marketing and pricing, statistics, or similar.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range in New York: $153,000–$185,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include base salary, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.
