Solutions Engineer
Customer-facing Solutions Engineer responsible for proofs of concept, onboarding, technical demonstrations, and adoption of a secrets-management platform. The role requires development, systems engineering, or DevOps experience, strong communication, and the ability to advise technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Run proofs of concept with leads and guide customers through onboarding.
- Recommend best practices for specific architectures and use cases.
- Ensure new customers are activated, satisfied, and have their questions answered.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.
- Partner with account executives on demonstration and discovery calls.
- Speak with customers daily to identify workflow friction and opportunities for improvement.
- Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the product roadmap.
- Help guide the user experience and developer experience roadmap.
- Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders.
- Improve documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps; open-source contributions are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
- High-energy, high-ownership mindset and willingness to operate in ambiguity.
- Currently based in the Central or East Coast time zone in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with secret management tools or developer security platforms.
- Solid understanding of developer workflows and DevSecOps infrastructure.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
- Involvement in developer communities or public speaking, including webinars or talks.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Developer Relations.
- Experience supporting enterprise accounts and working with technical stakeholders.
