About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational foundation that enables the Field Marketing team's programs to grow.
  • Translate strategic priorities into repeatable execution.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve how the team plans, executes, measures, and scales its programs.
  • Build and execute field marketing programs.
  • Own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, from planning through execution and retrospective.
  • Partner with RevOps to evolve attribution models, CAC reporting, and program performance measurement.
  • Manage or evaluate marketing technology stacks.
  • Develop talent and direct reports.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, IT, and leadership.
  • Raise the operational thinking of everyone around you.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, or a program/operations management role within a B2B or revenue-driven environment.
  • Strong command of field marketing disciplines: events, partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality, experiential, regional, and account-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing field marketing programs before moving into operational leadership.
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
  • Operator mindset: identify inefficiencies, build systems, and improve processes.
  • Comfortable working with data and partnering on attribution models, CAC reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing or evaluating marketing technology stacks.
  • 1-2 years of people management experience.
  • Strong collaborator who earns trust quickly across functions.
  • Coaching mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000.
