Senior Manager, Events Marketing

Leads the strategy, execution, and measurement of corporate, experiential, partner, recruiting, and internal events. Requires 7+ years of event management experience, strong project and budget management skills, executive communication, and the ability to demonstrate measurable event ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual events strategy and calendar based on company goals.
  • Design creative event concepts that strengthen the brand and create memorable experiences for customers, partners, candidates, and employees.
  • Serve as the central events partner for cross-functional teams and pod leads.
  • Plan and deliver conferences, trade shows, restaurant launches, customer events, executive dinners, networking events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Support recruiting and employer brand events, including university programs, tech meetups, hackathons, and community partnerships.
  • Lead internal events such as all-hands meetings, company celebrations, leadership offsites, and team events.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, logistics, travel, production, and on-site execution.
  • Define success metrics, track event ROI, analyze performance, and optimize future events.
  • Develop scalable event playbooks, templates, and processes while maintaining brand standards and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing corporate, marketing, experiential, or brand events.
  • Proven track record creating innovative, high-impact events with measurable business results.
  • Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing significant event budgets and external vendor relationships.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and communicate event ROI.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and execute ideas effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Startup or high-growth technology company experience.
  • Experience in a pod-based or matrix organization.
  • Hospitality, restaurant, fintech, or marketplace experience.
  • Experience with Cvent, Bizzabo, Splash, or similar event management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot.

Compensation

  • $120,000–$140,000 base salary plus benefits.
