Event Marketing Manager

Leads strategy, planning, and execution for hosted and sponsored B2B events, partnering with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive pipeline and customer acquisition. Requires 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years managing large-scale events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event and trade show strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Plan and execute hosted and third-party sponsored events, including logistics, vendor management, staffing, and on-site operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives and create impactful experiences.
  • Source and manage vendors and agencies, including venues, booth partners, design, and video providers.
  • Develop enablement tools and resources for Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve registration and executive meeting targets.
  • Monitor event performance metrics, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate event plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a customer-facing role within a fast-growing organization.
  • 5+ years of B2B event management experience, including leading and executing large, multifaceted events.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience using Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong organization, project management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting spend, and vendor relationships and contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau, Splash, Cvent, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Ability to set strategic direction and optimize event programs based on performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple events, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $127,000–$191,400.
