Leads direct-to-consumer acquisition strategy and execution across offline and partner channels, building testing systems, managing budgets and agencies, and optimizing the patient funnel. Requires hands-on growth marketing experience, strong analytics, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Growth to set full-funnel direct-to-consumer growth strategy across new patient acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
- Own acquisition channels and execute growth strategy across podcast, radio, television, direct mail, affiliates, and other partner channels.
- Build a testing and optimization engine by creating ads, running iterative tests, and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Manage and optimize the acquisition marketing budget against patient acquisition targets and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
- Lead agency relationships and external partners, holding them accountable for performance and improvement.
- Partner with Product to identify funnel friction and improve end-to-end conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to build patient trust and support patient satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of direct-to-consumer growth marketing experience with deep hands-on acquisition marketing experience.
- Experience in a zero-to-one growth environment, testing, iterating, and scaling channels from scratch.
- Experience owning offline channels and partnerships such as podcast, radio, television, direct mail, and/or affiliates.
- Hands-on, adaptable approach with the ability to balance brand building and short-term performance objectives.
- Strong creative ideation and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating data into actionable insights and aligning cross-functional and external partners.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually.
