Senior Marketing Manager
Own Hilbert’s content, distribution, events, community, discoverability, and conversion programs while building its marketing function from zero. Responsibilities
- Own Hilbert’s publishing and distribution channels, including LinkedIn, founder voices, blog, newsletter, search and AI discoverability, industry press, communities, and videocast distribution.
- Ghostwrite, edit, and coach leadership content; manage publishing cadence, amplification, employee advocacy, network growth, and engagement.
- Partner with product marketing to turn customer evidence into use cases, case studies, industry pages, solution documentation, and technical whitepapers.
- Develop and manage a content repurposing system across posts, clips, landing pages, one-pagers, and newsletters.
- Identify and test new channels through written hypotheses, scoped experiments, and time-boxed measurement.
- Build SEO and AEO foundations, including site architecture, schema, question mapping, and keyword mapping.
- Design and execute hosted events in hub cities, including guest lists, formats, follow-up, and community development.
- Own distribution and audience growth for Hilbert Space, the company’s videocast, after recording is complete.
- Build the conversion layer across landing pages, tracking, lifecycle, nurture, and sales handoff.
- Measure account engagement and meeting acceptance; document hypotheses, results, and learnings, and discontinue ineffective experiments.
- Build AI-native systems for research, drafting, distribution, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content or growth marketing, including at least 2 years marketing to enterprise or mid-market audiences.
- Demonstrated success building an audience or marketing channel from zero and measuring business outcomes beyond followers or traffic.
- Strong writing and editing skills, including ghostwriting in a founder’s voice.
- Experience turning customer evidence into case studies, use cases, whitepapers, posts, and video clips.
- Experience building SEO from the ground up and familiarity with how AI agents surface and cite sources.
- Experience organizing dinners, salons, summits, event series, or community programs, including guest management and follow-up.
- Experience building landing pages, tracking, lifecycle and nurture programs, and reliable sales handoffs.
- Operator mindset with experience using AI to build research, drafting, distribution, or reporting systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as an early employee at a B2B company, particularly employee 1–20.
- Experience with retail, commerce, or data products.
- Experience running a video or media program.
Compensation
- $130,000–$150,000 USD per year
