Marketing Events Lead

Owns end-to-end execution of field events, conferences, and hosted experiences while coordinating vendors, speakers, and cross-functional teams. Requires 2–4 years of event or B2B marketing experience, strong project management, and willingness to work onsite four days weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of field events, conferences, and Sprig-hosted experiences, including planning, venue coordination, vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution.
  • Attend flagship Experience Research Events and occasional dinners or prospecting events to evaluate performance and inform future strategy.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align events with business goals, drive attendance, and ensure pre- and post-event follow-through.
  • Manage direct mail and gifting programs tied to enterprise campaigns, events, and customer engagement.
  • Support integrated campaign launches by coordinating marketing assets, communications, and program timelines.
  • Track event performance and surface insights to improve programs and investment.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality attendee experiences and measurable business impact.
  • Support broader marketing and pipeline-driving efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Experience independently managing events or programs from planning through execution.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site four days per week.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to coordinate vendors, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for events, community building, and memorable in-person experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
