Owns the end-to-end planning and execution of Steno’s internal corporate meetings and events, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, budgeting, supplier management, and onsite delivery. Requires 6+ years of experience and willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of internal corporate meetings and events, from sourcing through onsite delivery.
- Establish processes for planning, sourcing, and executing internal programs at scale.
- Manage a portfolio of high-impact internal programs across competing timelines, stakeholders, and budgets.
- Negotiate hotel and venue contracts, including room blocks, attrition, cancellation terms, food and beverage minimums, audiovisual services, concessions, and service charges.
- Build preferred supplier networks or master service agreements.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, invoice review, and reconciliation.
- Influence senior stakeholders and push back when scope or risk warrants it.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time and support events onsite.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in corporate meetings, internal events, or conference planning.
- End-to-end experience managing complex meetings and events.
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, and reconciliation.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

- Competitive base salary of $110,000–$130,000.
