Responsibilities
Client Success & Project Management
- Act as the technical point of contact for customer deployments, managing multiple workstreams across diverse teams.
- Define success criteria, deployment milestones, and usage targets with clients.
- Manage projects end-to-end and ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations.
Technical Leadership
- Lead integration efforts and deploy solutions meeting client-specific needs.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical and integration-related challenges.
- Work with product and engineering teams to test, document, and roll out new features to clients.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Resolve complex customer issues with support teams.
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions delivery roles.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Outcome-oriented approach and ability to prioritize tasks against client objectives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-visibility, high-impact role.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
- High emotional intelligence and passion for working directly with clients.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with financial services workflows and compliance requirements.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL.

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$95,000 base salary.
