Responsibilities
- Act as the principal implementation liaison, translating and documenting customer expectations, business processes, and goals.
- Lead business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches that drive customer outcomes and value.
- Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration setup.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Advise customers and develop implementation approaches that account for business impacts and daily workflows.
- Partner with project managers, training specialists, and other stakeholders to create and execute timely, high-quality implementation plans.
- Anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
- Lead and support change-management strategies, including user-readiness and acceptance plans.
- Maintain expertise across multiple product offerings, end-to-end solutions, and product value outcomes.
- Travel to customer sites to lead meetings and presentations when needed; the role may require up to 30% onsite travel.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in accounting or technology preferred.
- Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for exploring and experimenting with AI.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Consulting experience in software implementation, workflow analysis, recommendation development, and measuring business outcomes.
- Experience working on multi-resource project teams while balancing milestones and objectives.
- Proven accountability, initiative, and ability to deliver on commitments.
- Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly and translate them into customer value.
- Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, adapt priorities, and share client insights.
