Responsibilities
- Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom implementation plans and deploy Rippling products across HR, payroll, benefits administration, IT, and related areas.
- Manage implementations end to end, aligning timelines and goals with customers and ensuring milestones meet operational needs.
- Drive adoption through tailored guidance, best practices, and platform insights.
- Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs, resolve technical issues, and advocate for product improvements.
- Contribute to internal processes and best practices using customer feedback and implementation learnings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on implementation and/or customer experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing HCM environment, including HR, payroll, benefits, or time and attendance.
- Proven project management experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, collaboration, and customer experience skills.
Compensation
- US salary range: $71,400–$119,700, plus benefits and equity.
