Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and continued education for elite, highest-tier customers across North American hockey and volleyball markets.
- Align Sales teams and customers on short- and long-term goals.
- Understand customer workflows and train users to successfully implement and use Hudl products.
- Serve as the voice of elite customers by providing product feedback to product teams.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education teams to surface customer insights and execute global training strategies.
- Travel to customer sites approximately monthly.
Requirements
- Experience with Sportscode and advanced knowledge of the software.
- Ability to adapt to evolving strategies, products, sports, and workflows.
- Software and hardware knowledge, including complex camera and network installations.
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective training and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and deliver engaging sessions.
- Willingness to support team initiatives and front-line volume when needed.
- Willingness to travel monthly to visit customers.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $63,000–$106,000 USD.
