Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and continued education for highest-tiered elite customers in North American hockey and volleyball markets
Act as subject matter expert helping level up users via Hudl Academies
Push for alignment between Sales team and customers on short- and long-term goals
Train customers by understanding their unique workflows and ensuring successful product setup
Provide direct feedback to product teams based on deep understanding of elite customer needs
Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education teams to surface customer insights and execute global training strategy

Requirements

Sportscode experience with ability to train customers on the software
Adaptable with willingness to learn new products, sports, and workflows
Problem-solving skills with knowledge of both software and hardware for complex camera and network installations
Effective trainer who can break down complex concepts into simple, digestible steps while keeping sessions interactive
Team-focused with willingness to assist with front-line volume or department initiatives
Willingness to travel and visit customers on a monthly basis
Must relocate to within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE office if not already based nearby (3 days in office per week required)
