Implementation Specialist, Payroll IM

Implements complex payroll solutions for large US and global customers, guiding HR and Finance teams through payroll, GL, tax, job code, and time policy setup. Requires at least four years of payroll implementation experience, strong project management, and excellent client communication skills.

Responsibilities

Become an expert on Rippling’s Payroll products and serve as a subject-matter resource for clients and colleagues.
Partner with clients on payroll implementation, including understanding their existing Payroll and Accounting setup.
Guide customers through Payroll, General Ledger (GL), Taxes, Job Codes, and Time Policies setup.
Work with the Implementation Manager to ensure clients are set up for success.
Partner with Implementation and Product teams to improve processes and products.
Develop and document payroll implementation processes and best practices.
Support new payroll-adjacent product launches and new country launches.
Build internal training resources and lead Office Hours as needed.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in payroll implementation.
Strong understanding of Payroll, General Ledger (GL), Taxes, Job Codes, and Time Policies.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and excellent time management.
Strong client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a bias toward action who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
