Responsibilities
- Evaluate client technical requirements and configure appropriate WorkWave database environments.
- Analyze implementation data to optimize SaaS platform onboarding and provisioning methodologies.
- Direct activation of WorkWave Payments across customer accounts, assessing risk, technical readiness, and financial compliance.
- Develop and manage client registration strategies for A2P 10DLC text messaging compliance.
- Monitor evolving industry regulations and ensure customer and platform alignment.
- Establish and enforce governance policies for service scope and resource allocation.
- Evaluate incoming service requests, assess business impact, and approve, reject, or reroute non-standard requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot provisioning delays and support handoffs to customer success.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify configuration errors and discrepancies.
- Proven independent judgment and decision-making on significant operational matters.
- Analytical and technical aptitude, including system workflow analysis and evaluation of technical trade-offs.
- Strong policy formulation, negotiation, and operational governance skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and queue-management abilities.
- Confidence challenging requests outside the team’s scope.
- Experience managing or analyzing workflows in enterprise CRM platforms and SaaS ecosystems.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $50,000–$65,000.
