Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical face of Cribl for strategic partners across Southern Europe.
- Enable partner presales and consultants to conduct discoveries, proofs of value, and deployments.
- Own and run presales engagements within the commercial territory.
- Lead partner-facing enablement programs and technical communities.
- Collaborate with sales, partner managers, and distributors to build repeatable go-to-market patterns.
- Explain Cribl’s value to partners and customers through sales engagements and demonstrations.
- Provide technical authority throughout engagements to ensure business benefits are understood.
- Train and coach partners on value pillars, use cases, and business cases.
- Provide architecture expertise.
- Drive adoption of Cribl University tracks, NFR environments, and online resources.
- Align Cribl and partner sales activities to increase deal confidence, velocity, and account activity.
- Increase partner co-sell contribution and monitor partner status and contribution.
- Represent Cribl in partner communities through events, webinars, and user groups as needed.
- Travel up to 40% to customers, partners, and events; some international travel is required.
Requirements
- Experience working with channel partners, including partner engagement, enablement, and training.
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, professional services, or consulting with cloud and SaaS technology.
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and/or security, ideally in observability, SIEM, or data-platform contexts.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering technical enablement for partner or customer technical audiences, including trainings, bootcamps, workshops, or office hours.
- Strong storytelling and presales skills, with the ability to translate complex data architectures into value-driven narratives.
- Ability to conduct discovery with technical and business stakeholders to understand tooling, data flows, constraints, and success criteria.
- Experience with proof-of-value or proof-of-concept projects, including success criteria, evaluation plans, and executive summaries.
- Experience with multiple operating systems; Linux proficiency is desired.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, and English, written and spoken.
- Based in France.
Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex, or similar scripting and data-manipulation skills.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or another solution-selling methodology.
- Cloud platform certifications.
- Italian or Portuguese language proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: €97,400–€122,000 EUR.
- Sales and sales-adjacent employees may be eligible for incentive compensation, including commission.
