Revenue Operations Systems Administrator
Own production administration, automation, integrations, billing, support, and release management across OfferUp’s revenue systems. The role requires 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Business Systems, strong Salesforce experience, and practical use of AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce, including user management, permissions, Flow automation, custom objects and fields, data quality, integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
- Operate Zuora billing workflows, subscription lifecycles, product catalogs, pricing, and configuration.
- Configure Zendesk views, automations, triggers, macros, and reporting for Customer Support and Risk.
- Maintain HubSpot lists, forms, marketing-to-sales pipeline hygiene, and Salesforce syncs.
- Build functional knowledge of Zoom Revenue Accelerator and related revenue systems.
- Manage releases across the stack using GitHub branching, sandbox testing, pull-request-reviewed deployments, staged rollouts, and rollback planning.
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate technical work; review generated output, debug issues, and validate changes before deployment.
- Triage and resolve system requests from Sales and Customer Success.
- Create documentation and runbooks for configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
- Cross-train with the RevOps Manager to maintain operational continuity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a related field, with ownership of production revenue systems.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience; Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) certification is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to Zuora or a comparable subscription or billing platform.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or a comparable customer-support platform.
- Experience with structured release management in a live production environment, including Git/GitHub branching, pull-request review, sandbox or staging validation, and rollback planning.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to work independently from problem definition through deployment.
Nice to Have
- Apex fluency, including the ability to read and debug existing code.
- HubSpot experience.
- Zoom Revenue Accelerator or comparable conversation-intelligence platform experience.
- Experience supporting a two-sided or consumer marketplace.
- Experience supporting both direct sales and customer success teams.
- Experience as an early or foundational RevOps or systems hire at a scaling company.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $130,000–$145,000 USD.
- Equity included as part of compensation.
