About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a primarily inbound funnel
  • Run the full sales process: Disco -> Demo -> 2 week trial -> Close
  • Run technical demos
  • Convert qualified prospects into customers
  • Manage a 14-day pilot program
  • Advise technical buyers on best practices

Qualifications

  • Based in San Francisco
  • 3+ years of closing experience in SMB or Mid Market SaaS
  • Previous experience selling to technical buyers (Developers, Head of Eng, Head of Product, CTO)
  • Previous startup experience (ideally Seed, Series A, or Series B)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Coachable and willing to learn

Compensation
