About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in OTC derivatives.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients, providing tailored derivative solutions.
  • Use programming skills to improve workflows and operational processes.
  • Take ownership of client relationships and sales processes, guiding through complex derivative transactions.
  • Manage client portfolio, ensure satisfaction, and identify additional trading needs.
  • Collaborate with trading, structuring, legal, and operations teams.
  • Ensure seamless trade execution and post-trade services.
  • Articulate complex derivative concepts and market trends to clients.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of OTC derivative products (forwards, options).
  • Proven experience in client-facing sales trading role.
  • Track record building relationships with institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, banks).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of market regulations and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
