About the role
Responsibilities
Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.
Drive development of Garner’s invoicing system and eligibility systems, responsible for billing $XXXm in ARR with precision and resiliency at scale.
Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue.
Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases. Example projects include designing a broker-facing product enabling them to gain insight into the performance of their customers, or building a data warehouse product enabling innovative provider and plan analytics.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end.
Strong systems thinking and detail orientation. Instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail.
Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale.
Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders.
Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows. Pride yourself on staying at the bleeding edge of what’s possible.

Compensation & Benefits
Target salary range: $222,000 - $245,000.
