Responsibilities

  • Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.
  • Drive development of Garner’s invoicing system and eligibility systems, responsible for billing $XXXm in ARR with precision and resiliency at scale.
  • Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases. Example projects include designing a broker-facing product enabling them to gain insight into the performance of their customers, or building a data warehouse product enabling innovative provider and plan analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end.
  • Strong systems thinking and detail orientation. Instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail.
  • Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale.
  • Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders.
  • Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows. Pride yourself on staying at the bleeding edge of what’s possible.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Target salary range: $222,000 - $245,000.
  • Eligible to participate in equity incentive plan.
