About the role

Responsibilities

  • Embed onsite at customer operations (Wisconsin, New York, Miami, Los Angeles) to understand workflows across sales, supply chain, executives, and IT
  • Map operational breakpoints and identify automation opportunities within the customer's environment
  • Configure and implement automations using SP Studio tooling to align the platform with customer needs
  • Own customer outcomes end-to-end, iterating on solutions and driving org-wide adoption until the platform becomes the customer's operating system
  • Travel weekdays to customer sites; regroup at SF HQ on weekends for debriefing and continued development

Requirements

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and at least one frontend framework (React, Svelte, Next.js, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL
  • Demonstrated ability to ship full-stack projects (frontend + backend)
  • Comfortable operating across frontend, backend, and organizational contexts — navigating procurement, executive stakeholders, and IT constraints
  • Track record of shipping fast in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills; personable and able to build trust with clients while handling both conversation and code
  • Low ego, intellectual honesty, and curiosity focused on outcomes

  • Interest in co-living arrangements (not required)
