Forward Deployed Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business problems into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Provide customer guidance and implementation support from discovery through post-sale success and expansion.
• Understand stakeholder processes, diagnose bottlenecks, and design analytical insights, data workflows, and AI-powered solutions.
• Build dashboards, analytical models, and decision-support workflows supporting daily business operations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners on cross-functional analytical projects.
• Explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders and guide analytical and AI-enabled transformations.
• Travel onsite to customer engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, engineering, or analytics.
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-volume operational environments such as logistics, marketplaces, or fulfillment.
• Proficiency with SQL, data transformation techniques, and modern analytics tooling.
• Experience building dashboards, analytical models, or decision-support workflows.
• Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and data access technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break complex workflows into measurable components.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI concepts, large language models, or AI-assisted workflows.
