Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies across strategic data partnerships.
  • Own Data Partnerships revenue, quota progress, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and coach a team managing complex licensing relationships with data, measurement, insights, and analytics partners.
  • Set the strategic direction of major data licensing partnerships and identify new use cases, renewals, expansions, and long-term commercial opportunities.
  • Guide negotiations involving commercial structures, permitted use cases, distribution rights, data access, renewals, and expansions in partnership with Legal, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop differentiated data-partnership strategies based on first-party purchase data, partner needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
  • Build executive relationships with stakeholders in data, analytics, measurement, and commercial organizations.
  • Translate market trends and partner feedback into commercial strategies and opportunities for data products and partnerships.
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, Legal, Finance, GTM, and Operations to evaluate and scale data use cases.
  • Lead account planning and revenue strategies using partner performance and market insights.
  • Develop team AI fluency and adoption of tools that improve research, account planning, forecasting, and efficiency.
  • Lead hiring and onboarding in partnership with GTM, Finance, and People Experience.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and improve processes through automation and AI.
  • Represent Fetch in partner interactions, events, speaking engagements, and conferences.
  • Operationalize long-term data partnership strategies into actionable team goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience in data licensing, data partnerships, measurement, digital media, advertising, or related industries.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, with success mentoring or coaching others toward performance goals.
  • Direct experience developing, negotiating, and growing commercial data licensing partnerships.
  • Proven success leading teams to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the data and measurement ecosystem and commercialization of first-party and transaction data.
  • Experience with complex commercial agreements involving data usage, licensing terms, partner rights, or data distribution.
  • Understanding of media performance metrics, advertising KPIs, and data-informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel, plus strong analytical, forecasting, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced fluency with AI tools supporting account growth, sales performance, and sales-process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing partnerships with data, measurement, market intelligence, or analytics companies.
  • Experience with syndicated data, transaction data, consumer purchase data, audience products, or closed-loop measurement solutions.
  • Understanding of the advertising and programmatic data ecosystem, including agencies, DSPs, measurement platforms, and data buyers.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and GTM teams.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical plans for direct reports.
  • Strong work ethic, operational rigor, and alignment with company values.
