Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and go-to-market execution for Okta’s Global System Integrator ecosystem.
  • Establish strategy alignment, business cadence, and performance management against outcomes.
  • Operate a global-to-local model focused on the global program while driving business activity, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with direct and indirect theater leadership, cross-functional organizations, partner leadership, and executive teams.
  • Lead and develop a world-class team of Global System Integrator professionals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners and customers.
  • Build strategic partnerships that drive revenue and influence with enterprise customers.
  • Develop a global strategic approach and establish deep partner relationships with commitments to build Okta practices.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading and scaling a team for a hyper-growth SaaS and/or security company.
  • Track record of orchestrating high-value Global System Integrator alliances that exceed strategic growth and revenue targets.
  • Success evolving partner programs and leading market-entry initiatives across global markets.
  • Strong written and verbal executive communication skills, including presenting strategy and performance metrics to C-level and board audiences.
  • Deep relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC required.

Compensation

  • Annual on-target compensation range for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area: $470,000–$646,800 USD.
  • Compensation includes base salary and incentive compensation.
  • Equity and benefits may include health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); flexible spending account; and paid leave.
