Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large-scale enterprise accounts, managing day-to-day needs and identifying opportunities to maximize customer ROI.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within strategic accounts to support revenue and growth goals.
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle and coordinate with Implementation Engineers and Product Managers through launch.
- Translate complex product and technology issues into actionable solutions.
- Advise clients on fraud prevention and compliance best practices.
- Build, track, and communicate fraud-rate and system-performance KPIs, providing strategic analysis.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to identify fraud typologies and communicate findings to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience, such as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Solutions Architect.
- Experience with a technical product in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Background in at least two of payments, fraud, crypto, or compliance.
- Familiarity with the Brazilian market, payment processing, fraud typologies, and KYC/AML/sanctions screening.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong analytical skills and experience using BI tools and AI to enhance work.
- Working knowledge of API integrations sufficient to provide first-level technical support with Integrations and Support Engineering teams.
- Experience managing requests across Salesforce, Pylon, Notion, and the Sardine Dashboard.
