Build and modernize full-stack account management and customer-support applications within an IAM platform, primarily using TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, and APIs. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop reliable, maintainable web applications, modern microservices, and customer self-service tools for account management.
- Help migrate legacy hybrid TypeScript/Java backend modules and monolith services to modern Node.js/TypeScript microservices.
- Support Salesforce account management modules.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following engineering standards and best practices.
- Create unit, integration, and functional tests; troubleshoot and debug production applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineering managers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical implementations.
- Participate in design and code reviews and improve engineering workflows and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production-scale products.
- Strong TypeScript ecosystem experience, including Node.js microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Ability to work with legacy Java backend modules and migrate domain services.
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL technologies.
- Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, object-oriented programming, dependency injection, and IoC containers.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Kafka or other messaging systems.
- AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Serverless architecture, including Lambda or Fargate.
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Open-source contributions or a strong GitHub profile.
- AI/LLM engineering tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, or MCPs.
- IAM, B2B account hierarchies, or user management experience.
Compensation and benefits
- General working hours are 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST.
