Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with a modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to solve complex technical problems.
- Comfortable working with modern infrastructure and delivery systems, including containerized applications, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling such as Drone.io or similar.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing usable software.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building full-stack applications, including front-end UIs, backend API handlers, and database migrations.
- Knowledge of Next.js, FastAPI, or React.
Success Measures
- Within three months, gain familiarity with internal platforms and workflows and contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects.
- Within three months, reduce manual friction for internal processes by delivering functional features or improvements.
- Within six months, implement tooling or enhancements that significantly improve internal engineering efficiency and productivity.
