Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements, securing commitments across organizations.
- Orchestrate planning, prioritization, and execution, managing integrated program plans and timelines across disparate functions.
- Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments, communicating trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships and provide transparency into program goals, progress, and quality.
- Energize cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives and uphold operational excellence and security standards.
- Develop technical and domain knowledge to influence strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment, focused on cybersecurity.
- Track record of delivering large-scale technology programs through cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
- Ability to influence and work through others in a matrix organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.
- Experience with agile and other program management methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and execution in a data-informed environment.
- Passion for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize processes and tooling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary range in Canada: $108,000–$148,500 CAD.
- Benefits include equity where applicable, bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP matching, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave including PTO and parental leave.
