Own complex enterprise integration programs, coordinating clients, Engineering, Product, and Integrations through planning, governance, risk management, and delivery. Requires 7+ years of technical program or project management experience and familiarity with enterprise implementations in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.

Responsibilities
- Own integration project plans for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
- Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact throughout integrations, communicating proactively, surfacing risks, and understanding requirements.
- Track client-specific product feature requests from intake through resolution in coordination with Engineering and Product.
- Establish RACI frameworks and clarify roles and responsibilities for each engagement.
- Coordinate structured communications across Engineering, Product, Integrations, and clients.
- Manage client expectations and maintain organized, current project artifacts.
- Develop fluency in the product to advise on feature requests and technical tradeoffs.
- Report on project health, deliverable slippage, root causes, dependency risks, and capacity planning across concurrent engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including enterprise implementations.
- Experience with formal enterprise project governance, RACI frameworks, and milestone-based reporting.
- Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise clients.
- Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Product and understand technical dependencies and tradeoffs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical status for enterprise project offices and executives.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-stakes client engagements.
