Leads operational delivery for complex enterprise AI engagements, aligning commercial, client, and engineering stakeholders while building scalable processes and performance frameworks. Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end operational delivery for complex, high-stakes enterprise AI engagements.
- Align commercial teams, executive clients, engineering teams, and technical leadership on requirements, objectives, and execution.
- Partner with account Technical Leads as the operational counterpart for resource alignment, execution, and risk mitigation.
- Lead delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams and optimize technical ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and Jira backlog grooming.
- Advise senior client stakeholders, including VP- and C-suite leaders, with data-driven insights on engagement progress and operational ROI.
- Structure ambiguous client problems into actionable delivery frameworks.
- Build and scale zero-to-one operational processes for bespoke use cases.
- Develop quantitative business cases, establish KPIs, and lead performance analysis and workflow optimization.
- Mentor Enterprise Solutions Managers and upskill operational and delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of analytical and operational leadership experience in top-tier management consulting or a high-growth technology environment.
- Experience in roles such as MBB Engagement Manager, Big 4 Manager/Senior Manager, Senior BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or Strategic Delivery.
- Strong executive presence and experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and building high-performing delivery teams.
- Experience creating complex operations, delivery frameworks, and scalable processes for multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.
- Experience gathering requirements from commercial or go-to-market teams and collaborating with technical leaders and engineers on software, automation, or AI solutions.
- Exceptional project-management skills, including breaking down ambiguous projects into actionable workstreams.
- Bias toward action, ownership mentality, and comfort working in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments.
Compensation
- Salary range: $176,000–$207,000 USD.
- Offers also include bonus and equity.
- Final compensation varies based on location, experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and market conditions.
- Compensation for candidates outside the U.S. is adjusted for local market conditions and cost of living.
