Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, hire, onboard, and scale a high-performing team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers across Eastern Europe.
- Partner with enterprise sales leadership to forecast, technically qualify, and accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
- Connect technical validations, proofs of concept, and proofs of value to long-term consumption and measurable customer ROI.
- Establish repeatable pre-sales methodologies focused on strategic business outcomes and value-engineered solutions.
- Guide the architecture of modern Data & AI solutions and review complex multi-cloud data architectures.
- Build executive alignment with customer CTOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers.
- Engage system integrator and cloud service provider partners on reference architectures, co-selling, and implementation strategies.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, customer-focused engineering culture.
- Partner with marketing and field leadership on community engagement, executive roundtables, and developer events.
Requirements
- Proven experience building, coaching, and scaling technical pre-sales or solutions architecture teams in a hyper-growth SaaS, cloud, or enterprise Data/AI environment.
- Practitioner or technical consulting background in at least one core technical domain.
- Understanding of consumption-driven SaaS business models, technical pipeline management, and deal qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
- Ability to review, challenge, and influence complex multi-cloud data architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong communication, whiteboarding, storytelling, and executive presence skills.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in one or more Eastern European languages, such as Polish, Greek, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Czech.
