Enterprise Architect Director
Leads and develops an Enterprise Architecture team that supports strategic customer engagements, revenue growth, and enterprise modernization. The role requires 20+ years of experience, executive communication skills, deep architecture and data expertise, and an MSc or equivalent technology degree.

Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects supporting major client accounts.
- Act as an executive sponsor during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, presenting strategic visions to C-level executives and collaborating with customer architecture and security teams.
- Guide enterprise modernization, capability mapping, and adoption of emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans and help resolve technical blockers.
- Partner with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, Information Security, product, and engineering teams.
- Assess customer IT landscape maturity and coach account teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.
- Direct reusable project assets, customer-facing position papers, and thought-leadership presentations.
Requirements
- 20+ years of relevant experience, including management of Enterprise Architects or technical teams at a leading consulting firm or software vendor.
- Strategic thinking and ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, complex negotiation, and C-level presentation skills.
- Deep expertise in capability mapping, enterprise modernization, and Agentic AI.
- Strong background in data architecture, system integrations, data operations, automation, and data-related languages such as SQL and Python.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, SaaS platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, and ServiceNow, cybersecurity fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premises architectures.
- MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent information-technology field.
- Fluency in English; Spanish, French, German, or Italian is advantageous.
Nice-to-haves
- Celonis certifications and leadership experience with OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ESB/ETL platforms such as MuleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, or Informatica, or TOGAF/Zachman.
- Experience across at least two business domains and two industries.
