- Lead and develop multiple engineering teams through engineering managers.
- Own and drive technical strategy for a critical content-platform domain.
- Improve catalog systems so teams across the organization can build product experiences efficiently.
- Guide modernization of legacy systems into scalable, reliable architecture.
- Partner with product and cross-functional leaders to align priorities and execution.
- Improve system reliability and reduce operational friction affecting content availability.
- Apply automation and AI to improve data quality and engineering productivity.
- Build an inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a long-term roadmap balancing immediate priorities with strategic investments.
Requirements

- Strong system design and architectural decision-making experience in distributed systems.

- Experience leading distributed teams across locations.
