Responsibilities
- Own on-the-ground relationships within the AAHOA ecosystem
- Drive co-marketing execution and grow marketplace adoption
- Travel 30–40%+ to AAHOA conferences, regional events, town halls, and golf tournaments to build relationships with hotel owners, AAHOA leadership, and supplier partners
- Coordinate co-branded campaigns, track adoption milestones
- Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams to support AAHOA member needs
- Measured on partnership health, member adoption, marketplace engagement, and relationship strength
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in partnerships, business development, account management, or senior client-facing role (ideally hospitality, procurement, or high-growth startup)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships (associations, GPOs, franchise networks, membership organizations)
- Strong executive presence: presenting to hotel owners, navigating golf outings with board members, running webinars
- Organized, detail-oriented, thrive juggling events, campaigns, relationship touchpoints
- Willing to travel 30–40%+ across US
Nice-to-Haves
- Gujarati language fluency
- Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or independent hotel ownership community
- Existing relationships within AAHOA network
- Familiarity with GPOs or hospitality procurement
