What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Shape product direction for a major product area, making difficult tradeoffs under ambiguity that influence multiple teams.
- Create a multi-year product strategy across your domain and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
Execution
- Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, anticipating risks and resolving blockers before they stall delivery.
- Improve execution across teams through disciplined planning, prioritization, and measurement.
Customer & Data Insights
- Develop deep expertise in customer behavior, product performance, and data trends to shape strategy.
- Use data to influence cross-functional decisions and uncover new product opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
- Influence leaders across multiple organizations and raise the quality of product management company-wide, mentoring PMs and sharing frameworks that elevate the broader team.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep teams aligned on progress, tradeoffs, and decisions.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into product requirements and strategy.
- Partner directly with enterprise and strategic accounts, including running demos and executive-level conversations.
What We're Looking For
- 6–12+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and driving execution across multiple teams or a major product domain.
- Proven experience owning and shipping products end-to-end in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products.
- Comfortable evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve product speed, quality, and outcomes.
- Experience partnering with engineering on model-driven or automated decisioning systems.
- Strong technical background — you can debug an API integration with an engineer and reason about system tradeoffs.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven: you can land in a new domain, get up to speed quickly, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.
- Holds the line on priorities under pressure from customers and internal partners.
