Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy across the Commerce domain, spanning multiple teams, user types, and workflow stages.
- Build intelligent AI agents to automate commerce operations, including quoting, billing, and invoicing.
- Own the end-to-end roadmap, identify high-leverage problems, sequence investments, and recommend trade-offs to leadership.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align priorities and ship integrated experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across the West Coast United States and China in regular cross-border syncs.
- Use data to establish direction, build metrics frameworks, connect product usage to business outcomes, and guide investment decisions.
- Translate ambiguous, cross-cutting problems into product plans executable by multiple teams.
- Represent the domain in leadership forums and influence resource allocation and strategic direction.
- Mentor product managers on specifications, prioritization, trade-offs, communication, and execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Experience owning a product domain rather than an individual feature or product area.
- Experience leading two- to three-year roadmaps across multiple engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including building metrics frameworks and writing queries.
- SQL proficiency.
- Track record of shipping products in complex, data-dense domains with multi-step or multi-system workflows.
- Experience aligning engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams around shared roadmaps.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting trade-offs and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience mentoring or leading other product managers.

Compensation
- US base salary range: $188,160–$235,200 USD.
- Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
