Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy across the Visibility domain spanning multiple teams, user types, and workflow stages.
  • Own end-to-end mapping, tracking, and visibility of physical goods across the shipment lifecycle.
  • Drive data intelligence to solve complex operational problems and define client-facing visibility experiences.
  • Partner with execution, planning, and technology teams to align priorities and ship integrated systems.
  • Collaborate across global teams in Hong Kong, Europe, the United States, and China.
  • Build metrics frameworks connecting product usage to business outcomes and guide investment decisions.
  • Turn ambiguous, cross-cutting problems into executable product plans for multiple teams.
  • Represent the product domain in leadership forums and influence resource allocation and strategy.
  • Mentor product managers on specifications, prioritization, communication, trade-offs, and delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience solving complex logistics, physical operations, or system root-cause problems using algorithmic planning, data analysis, and structured logic.
  • Experience owning a product domain and leading multi-year roadmaps across multiple engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to build metrics frameworks and write queries.
  • Proficiency with SQL.
  • Track record shipping products in data-dense, physical, or multi-sided domains spanning multiple systems and operational teams.
  • Experience aligning engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams around shared roadmaps.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience mentoring or leading product managers.

  • Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $188,160–$235,200 USD annually.
  • Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
