Responsibilities
Own the Partner Narrative
- Develop joint positioning, messaging, and value propositions for strategic partners.
- Create differentiated narratives for cloud providers, infrastructure partners, model providers, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Partner with executives on keynote messaging, joint blogs, launch announcements, and strategic customer communications.
- Refine partner messaging using customer feedback, market trends, and partner priorities.
Own Joint Product Launches
- Lead product marketing for joint launches with strategic partners.
- Develop launch strategies, messaging, customer communications, enablement, and partner assets.
- Coordinate launches across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Communications, Growth Marketing, and partner organizations.
- Measure launch effectiveness and improve execution.
Grow the Partner Ecosystem
- Develop joint go-to-market plans for strategic accounts and partner motions.
- Support partner activation across field events, webinars, customer campaigns, and industry conferences.
- Develop programs that accelerate partner-sourced pipeline and customer adoption.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and strengthen strategic relationships.
- Define marketing strategies for new strategic partnerships.
Tell Customer Stories
- Develop joint customer case studies showcasing measurable business outcomes.
- Create technical success stories spanning AI-native startups through Global 2000 enterprises.
- Build reference materials for executive conversations, partner sellers, and customer marketing.
- Highlight differentiated technical and business value with customers and partners.
Enable Fireworks and Partner Sales Teams
- Create sales decks, messaging guides, competitive positioning, customer presentations, and technical narratives.
- Build enablement programs for Fireworks sellers and partner field organizations.
- Support strategic customer opportunities alongside Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Alliances.
- Ensure consistent messaging across partner organizations.
Be the Voice of the Market
- Gather insights from customers, partners, analysts, and competitors.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, GPU ecosystems, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve positioning and joint offerings.
- Bring market insights into Product, Partnerships, and executive planning.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Partner Marketing, or a related go-to-market role.
- Experience marketing cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
- Experience launching highly technical products with strategic technology partners.
- Strong understanding of cloud providers, GPU ecosystems, enterprise AI platforms, or developer infrastructure.
- Ability to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and executive leadership.
- Excellent storytelling skills and ability to translate technical innovation into customer value.
- Strong analytical skills and an ownership mentality.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or other strategic infrastructure partners.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, inference, model serving, or developer platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales and strategic alliances.
- Engineering background or technical degree.
- MBA or equivalent business experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $210,000–$255,000 annually.
- Solve hard problems in AI infrastructure, including low-latency inference and scalable model serving.

Work Arrangement
