Product Marketing Manager, IT Admin and Governance

Responsibilities
- Own the IT administrator and governance audience across ChatGPT Work and Codex.
- Define positioning and messaging for workspace setup, feature enablement, identity and access, roles and permissions, data and connector access, agent controls, auditability, analytics, and spend management.
- Lead product launches affecting administration, deployment, governance, or control.
- Build administrator communications explaining product changes, affected users, required decisions or actions, and responsible enablement.
- Create setup guidance, governance explainers, deployment resources, FAQs, demos, and field enablement materials.
- Bring customer objections, implementation barriers, security questions, and adoption patterns to Product and Engineering.
- Develop administrator education and engagement programs, including customer communications, webinars, peer learning, customer stories, lifecycle campaigns, and relevant in-product experiences.
- Partner with Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and product marketing teams to move organizations from evaluation and approval to rollout and sustained usage.
- Represent capabilities and limitations accurately and develop customer proof supporting responsible expansion.
- Measure enablement, time to deployment, control adoption, field objections, administrator engagement, and confidence in enterprise readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise product marketing or a closely related go-to-market role, ideally across SaaS, cloud platforms, security, identity, infrastructure, or AI products.
- Experience marketing to IT administrators, security stakeholders, technical buyers, or teams responsible for deploying and governing enterprise software.
- Ability to explain identity and access, provisioning, permissions, security controls, audit logs, compliance requirements, data access, and usage or spend management.
- Track record of bringing enterprise product capabilities to market and creating adoption materials, programs, and field guidance.
- Excellent writing and messaging skills.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Education, and Marketing teams.
- Customer-first approach grounded in research, direct conversations, support and field feedback, and enterprise administrator needs.
- Analytical ability to connect marketing efforts to deployment, activation, adoption, or customer confidence.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing launch timing, product details, and customer needs.
- Interest in responsible AI deployment and safe technology adoption at scale.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $221,000–$245,000 annually.
- Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week.
- Relocation assistance is available.
- Occasional travel is required.
