Responsibilities
- Support ecosystem strategy by identifying partners, programs, and investments that drive advertiser adoption, revenue, and ecosystem growth.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for technology, measurement, and strategic partner segments.
- Build scalable partner marketing frameworks and prioritize resources based on partner potential, advertiser impact, and business opportunity.
- Design and execute co-marketing programs across launches, campaigns, events, content, webinars, customer stories, and demand-generation channels.
- Translate strategic partnerships and product integrations into compelling advertiser-facing value propositions.
- Drive advertiser acquisition, activation, spend growth, and adoption of new capabilities through partners.
- Create partner enablement programs and marketing materials for partner sales and customer teams.
- Develop joint messaging, positioning, launch narratives, and marketing assets with Product Marketing, Communications, Product, Legal, and Brand.
- Develop customer and partner stories demonstrating ChatGPT Ads adoption and impact.
- Establish measurement frameworks connecting partner marketing to activation, pipeline, revenue, product adoption, and other business outcomes.
- Build repeatable processes for partner launches and co-marketing.
- Advise priority partners on incorporating ChatGPT Ads into their customer and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, platform marketing, product marketing, ecosystem marketing, or a related advertising or technology role.
- Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including buying platforms, agencies, measurement providers, and marketing technology.
- Experience building partner programs from the ground up and scaling partnerships into repeatable go-to-market motions.
- Ability to work across strategy and execution, including ecosystem frameworks and partner campaigns.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong positioning and storytelling skills, including translating technical integrations into customer value.
- Experience developing and executing external-facing programs such as events, webinars, partner activations, and customer initiatives.
- Ability to use data to guide investment, program scaling, and measurement of business outcomes.
- Comfort operating in emerging categories with evolving playbooks.
- Experience working with senior executives and external partners in high-visibility situations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in digital advertising, platform marketing, measurement, or marketing technology ecosystems.
- Experience launching conversational AI or emerging advertising products.
