- Establish a structured experimentation cadence, including hypotheses, success thresholds, invalidation signals, retrospectives, and rapid iteration.
- Design self-serve experiences across landing pages, signup, onboarding, empty states, paywalls, upgrade flows, lifecycle communications, and AI-discovery surfaces.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, design, analytics, finance, and executive leadership.
- Hire, mentor, and calibrate growth product managers and raise experimentation quality across the team.
- Present growth mechanics, funnel narratives, and investment decisions to senior executives and boards.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of product management experience, including 4+ years in growth, product-led growth, or self-serve product roles.
- Direct P&L ownership at portfolio scope with measurable growth outcomes.
- Experience presenting growth mechanics and investment decisions to CEO, CRO, CFO, or board-level stakeholders.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, or calibrating growth product managers.
- Hands-on builder who can ship landing pages, signup flows, and in-product experiments; collaborate directly with designers and engineers; write copy; and prototype with code.
- AI-fluent, with a public point of view on LLM discovery, agent-readable flows, MCP distribution, GEO/AEO, and AI-driven funnels.
- Strong marketing fluency across SEO, paid acquisition, content, and lifecycle marketing.
- Structured experimentation experience, including A/B tests, multivariate tests, holdouts, and pre/post analysis at sprint cadence.
- Strong analytics and SQL skills, including independent work in Snowflake.
- Working knowledge of consumption-based pricing, credit economics, freemium mechanics, and PQL frameworks.
- B2B SaaS experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Data, go-to-market, or sales-technology domain experience.
