Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities that deliver value to members, focusing on emerging technologies, competitive differentiation, and workflow automation.
- Lead rapid prototyping from concept through functional prototype, translating ambiguous concepts into actionable requirements and managing the tools needed for prototype development and testing.
- Partner with CSOC leadership, engineering, and product innovation leadership to assess feasibility and define architectural approaches.
- Research and evaluate technologies, third-party services, and frameworks for their ability to address member problems and create strategic advantages.
- Own new product concepts end to end, including research, hypothesis testing, business-case development, and internal stakeholder feedback.
- Lead cross-functional integration of successful prototypes with platform, mobile, and security engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product management experience.
- Proven track record shipping complex products across mobile, desktop, and cloud environments.
- Strong product judgment and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deep technical literacy and architectural understanding across cloud services, mobile and desktop development, and networking.
- Experience leading technical validation and prototyping in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to define success criteria and milestones for prototype-to-production pathways.
- Ability to manage complex projects independently with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrable experience productizing AI technologies, including identifying use cases for large language models and generative AI and navigating technical and ethical trade-offs.
Nice to Have
- Software engineering background.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $150,000–$170,000
