Leads product strategy and delivery for AI-powered tax agents, partnering with engineers, designers, and tax practitioners to launch and scale enterprise products. Requires 8+ years of product management experience, deep AI/agent expertise, and at least 3 years in tax.

Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents that improve efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across the tax lifecycle, including data gathering, workpaper preparation, compliance, provision, research, and review.
- Apply an AI-native approach to longstanding industry challenges while collaborating directly with tax practitioners at large firms and corporate tax departments.
- Understand customer needs, define and ship zero-to-one features, and enhance and scale existing products.
- Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product design; rapidly define, ship, and deliver impactful features.
- Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive feature adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with deep emphasis on AI or agents.
- 3+ years of tax experience as a tax practitioner and/or builder of tax products for CPA or corporate tax markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort working through ambiguity when launching new products.
- Degree in a technical, accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Annual compensation range of $200,000–$275,000.
