Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents that improve efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across the audit lifecycle, from planning and risk assessment through audit execution and reporting.
- Apply an AI-native approach to longstanding industry challenges while collaborating directly with audit practitioners at major firms.
- Understand customer needs and define, ship, and scale zero-to-one and one-to-n product features.
- Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product development teams.
- Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive feature adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a deep emphasis on AI agents.
- Experience building production agentic systems for complex workflows or domains.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort working amid the ambiguity of launching new products.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a financial audit practitioner and/or building financial audit products for the CPA market.
