Leads Gusto’s regulated Risk & Money Services organization, overseeing fraud and payment risk, BSA/AML response, Reg E disputes, collections, and consumer money operations. The role builds scalable governance, controls, metrics, and operational infrastructure while partnering with product, engineering, compliance, legal, banks, regulators, and auditors.
