Senior Management & Technology Consultant - CPG/Retail

Responsibilities

• Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos, business cases, value assessments, and proof-of-value projects using industry benchmarks and best practices.
• Lead customer workshops and communicate value opportunities, strategic roadmaps, results, and realized value to C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Use Celonis to identify and qualify process-improvement opportunities and derive improvement measures.
• Initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives, train users and process owners, and drive measurable business impact.
• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps and drive adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence as a business-transformation platform.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partners, Services, IT teams, and product development.
• Provide product feedback based on customer use cases.
• Plan and manage multiple project scopes, expectations, and timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business-data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
• Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT or management consulting, business software/SaaS, or a comparable enterprise analytics role.
• Knowledge of business software or SaaS applications, ideally SAP.
• Experience implementing RPA or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, or action flows.
• Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying process-improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, managing change, and training users or process owners.
• Project-management experience, including coordinating scopes, expectations, timelines, multiple projects, and partners.
• Strong executive stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain processes and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Industry expertise in areas such as manufacturing, automotive, consumer, retail, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
• Degree in Technology and Management, Industrial or Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Native-level or near-native German proficiency, written and spoken, with the ability to lead workshops and present to German-speaking executives.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Center of Excellence for data mining, analytics, or intelligence.
• Experience with process mining, business transformation, or enterprise SaaS adoption.
