Senior Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant - CPG/Retail

Responsibilities

• Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos, business cases, value assessments, and proof-of-value projects using industry benchmarks and best practices.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
• Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Derive improvement measures, initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives, and train users and process owners.
• Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Build customer expansion roadmaps and drive adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic transformation platform.
• Present realized value and results to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, partners, IT teams, and product development.
• Manage project scopes, expectations, timelines, and multiple concurrent customer projects.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
• Experience in customer-facing solution consulting, sales engineering, IT or management consulting, business software/SaaS, or an enterprise analytics center of excellence.
• Knowledge of business software or SaaS applications, ideally SAP.
• Experience implementing RPA or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, or action flows.
• Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying process-improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, and driving change adoption.
• Project management experience, including managing scope, expectations, timelines, and multiple projects.
• Executive stakeholder management, roadmap development, and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of finance and/or supply chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in one or more of manufacturing, automotive, consumer, retail, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
• Degree in technology and management, industrial or business engineering, business informatics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a comparable field.
• Native-level or near-native German proficiency, written and spoken, with the ability to lead workshops and present to German-speaking executives.
