Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - CPG/Retail
Senior consultant responsible for helping CPG and retail customers achieve measurable business value through Celonis-driven process transformation. The role combines process improvement, analytics, value engineering, project management, and German-language executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
- Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Build demos, business cases, value assessments, and proof-of-value projects using industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Derive improvement measures and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Present results, realized value, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to senior management and C-level executives.
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
- Build customer expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic transformation platform.
- Collaborate with sales teams, partners, Services, and IT teams across multiple customer projects.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer use cases.
Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
- Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT consulting, management consulting, business software, or SaaS; equivalent enterprise analytics or data-mining experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of business software or SaaS applications, such as SAP.
- Experience implementing RPA or BI tools, or building dashboards, applications, and action flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Experience identifying business process improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures.
- Experience acting as a change agent and training users or process owners.
- Project management experience, including scope, expectations, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Executive stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Industry expertise in areas such as manufacturing, automotive, consumer, retail, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
- Degree in Technology and Management, Industrial or Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Native-level or near-native German proficiency, including the ability to lead workshops and present to German-speaking executives.
